Good Samaritan – Bethany, a 79-bed long-term care facility in Brainerd, MN, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN/on-call coverage. The role supports residents across day, evening, and night shifts with weekend rotation and additional incentives.

You will perform nursing duties under supervision, ensure resident safety, and coordinate with the care team to deliver high-quality chronic and rehabilitative care in a Christian nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and be licensed as an LPN in Minnesota.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Must have completed a pre-licensure program with clinical experience or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents and communicate changes to the care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality.
