Job summary
Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN/on-call shifts. The facility is a 79-bed long-term skilled care and transitional care unit, offering day, evening, and night shifts with weekend coverage and holiday rotation.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold a Minnesota LPN license.
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care for long-term residents under supervision.
- Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
- Maintain confidentiality and effective communication with residents, families, and the care team.
- Demonstrate competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and follow care plans.
