Job summary

Lutheran Life Villages in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our care team at the Pine Valley campus. This role offers part‑time day, evening, and night shifts with weekend rotation, and a pay structure reflecting extended hours.

You’ll deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, supervise support staff, and coordinate resident care according to physician orders and facility policies, earning competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited, state-approved nursing program with current licensure to practice as an LPN or RN in Indiana.
• Two years of nursing experience in a long-term care setting preferred, with supervisory experience ideal.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments.
• Lead coordination of resident care per physician orders and policies.
• Supervise QMAs, CNAs, and students; assign daily duties.
• Maintain infection control, documentation, and care plans.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
