Job summary

Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and implement comprehensive patient care plans with medical staff.
- Administer medications, perform vital sign checks, and provide therapeutic treatments.
- Operate medical equipment, monitor patient status, and document in records.
- Assist patients with daily tasks such as bathing and dressing.
- Provide education, emotional support, and guidance to patients and families.
