Job summary

Lutheran Life Villages in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking compassionate LPNs/RNs to join our care team at the Pine Valley campus. This part-time role involves hands-on nursing, medication administration, and coordinating resident care with physicians and families.

We offer shift differentials, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth. Must be able to work every other weekend; weekend Baylor option available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited, state-approved nursing program with current Indiana LPN/RN licensure.
• Two years of nursing experience in long-term care preferred; supervisory experience is ideal.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Coordinate resident care and supervise support staff to ensure safe, compassionate care.
• Maintain accurate records and resident care plans; document medication administration; monitor conditions.
