Job summary

Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Part-Time or PRN team. You will provide quality nursing care, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements.
• Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed.
