Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patients, and helping develop individualized care plans. Arizona LPN licensure, fingerprint clearance, and CPR/BLS are required, with a sign-on bonus for full-time night

Qualifications

• Active LPN licensure in the state of Arizona.
• Level on Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Strong clinical skills with patient-centered care.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and communicate with care teams and families.
• Provide direct care to residents, ensuring comfort and well-being.
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
