Job summary

Ahwatukee Post Acute is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our care team in Phoenix, AZ. We offer flexible 12-hour shifts with day or night options and a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on resident comfort and quality care.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patients, and helping develop individualized care plans. Arizona LPN licensure, fingerprint clearance, and CPR/BLS are required, with a sign-on bonus for full-time night

Qualifications

• Active LPN licensure in the state of Arizona.
• Level on Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Strong clinical skills with patient-centered care.
• Ability to work well in a team.
