Job summary

(Ahwatukee Post Acute) La Estancia SNF Healthcare, LLC is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for part-time positions on day and night shifts. You will administer medications, monitor patients, provide direct resident care, and help develop individualized care plans while collaborating with the care team and families.

We offer a sign-on bonus for full-time night shift LPNs, flexible 12-hour shifts, and a supportive, resident-first environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN licensure in the state of Arizona.
• Fingerprint clearance card required.
• CPR/BLS certification current.
