A Path of Care Home Health in Norman, OK is seeking a full-time Field Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes. You will assess needs, administer treatments, coordinate with RNs and case managers, and educate families to support independence.

• Experience in home health, critical care, or emergency care is a plus.

Responsibilities
