A Path of Care Home Health in Yukon, OK is seeking a full-time Field Nurse (LPN) to join our home health team. You will provide hands-on nursing care to patients in their homes, perform injections, wound care, teach self-care, and coordinate with RNs and case managers.

Formación

• Active Oklahoma LPN license
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
• At least 1 year of nursing experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel long distances and adapt to schedule changes
• Basic computer skills
• Experience in home health, critical care, or emergency care is a plus
