Qualifications

• LPN license in state of employment or compact.
• BLS certification is required.
• CERT credential is required.

Responsibilities

• Under physician direction, perform basic patient care including vital signs, weight, and specimen collection.
• Answer calls, document information, schedule tests and pre-certifications, and assist with medication refills.
• Administer medications and immunizations per provider orders.
• Clean/restock exam rooms, maintain sterile technique, and order supplies per policy.
• Perform routine clerical duties like chart location, filing and form completion.
• Attend required meetings and trainings and perform other duties as assigned.
