Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to apply the nursing process and deliver patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The LPN will consistently perform according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

We offer flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time and PRN shifts for adult and pediatric homecare patients.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of practice.
• Health certificate required by the facility.
• PPD or Chest X-Ray within required timeframe.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collects, analyzes and documents nursing data and diagnoses.
• Other LPN duties as assigned.

Maxim Healthcare is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will consistently perform according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

Salary: $25 - $35 / per hour

Maxim offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, referral bonuses, skills train up programs, and a great team to work with. We have full time, part time, and PRN shifts available for adult and pediatric homecare patients.

Various Shifts Available (Adult & Pediatric Patients)

• Day Shift
• Evening Shift
• Night Shift
• Weekends

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
