Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an LPN license.
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Must have Minnesota LPN license; IV therapy skills may be required in some states.
- Experience in long-term care is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Document resident interactions and maintain confidentiality.
- Work with interdisciplinary care team to support resident well-being.
