West Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to join our compassionate team. LPNs provide direct care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure high-quality care in a safe, supportive environment.

LPN provide direct nursing care to our residents, work alongside a collaborative team, and help ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for residents, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and their families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA).
