Job summary

Garden Springs Healthcare in Fremont, OH is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts (12 hours). We welcome new grads and walk-ins and offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and healthcare team for coordinated care.
• Educate residents and families about health management.
• Ensure care complies with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when needed.
• Assist with training and supervising CNAs.
