Sequoyah Pointe Living Center in Owasso, OK seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Monday–Friday evening shift (2:00p–10:00p). You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and document care with the interdisciplinary team.

Strong communication and compassionate care are essential. Long-term care experience is a plus; benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, and a $1,000 longevity bonus.

Qualificações

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, CMAs and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
