Sequoyah Pointe Living Center in Owasso, OK is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide direct nursing care to residents on weekdays. You will administer medications, monitor conditions, and document care plans while collaborating with RNs and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

The role requires an active LPN license, strong communication, organized care delivery, and a compassionate, reliable, team-oriented approach in a resident-focused environment.

Formación

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, CMAs and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
