Voyage Long Term Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the 3pm-11pm shift in Oklahoma City. The LPN will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise CNAs/CMAs under the Director of Nursing.

The role requires Oklahoma LPN licensure, 1 year in long-term care, strong communication, and adherence to all regulations. Full-time position with equal opportunity employment.

Formación

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing in Oklahoma.
• Minimum 1 year experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise CNAs and CMAs in daily activities.
• Administer medications following the 5 Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document and chart resident care and communicate with physicians and families.
• Maintain infection control protocols and QA program.
