Department: ICE | SUSL ENT - Conway Staff

Summary of Job Duties: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) supports ongoing care delivery as part of the clinic team, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The LPN collaborates with patients, families, and care providers to implement health plans.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED plus graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current and valid Arkansas Practical Nurse License
• One year of LPN clinical experience

Responsibilities

• Triage, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care and patient education within the clinic
• Deliver nursing care according to standards set by UAMS, ANA, AR State Board of Nursing, and relevant nursing organizations
• Develop patient care plans using assessment data
• Practice with compassion, respect, and advocacy for patient rights
• Ensure individual practice accountability and maintain safety and competence
• Other duties as assigned
