Department: ICE | SUSL ENT - Conway Staff

Summary of Job Duties: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) supports the clinic team by delivering nursing care under supervision, working with patients, families, and care providers to implement health plans.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED plus graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current and valid Arkansas Practical Nurse License
• One (1) year of LPN clinical experience

Responsibilities

• Triage, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care and patient education
• Deliver nursing care according to standards set by UAMS, ANA, AR State Board of Nursing, and specialty organizations
• Develop patient's Plan of Care using assessment data
• Practice with compassion and respect for patient dignity and rights
• Advocate for patients and ensure safe, competent care
• Maintain professional competence and utilize resources ethically
• Perform other duties as assigned
