INTEGRIS Health Medical Group in Enid, OK is seeking a day, full-time LPN to join our clinic nursing team. The role focuses on delivering patient care under physician supervision, with attention to safety, confidentiality, and patient satisfaction.

Requirements include current LPN or RN licensure in Oklahoma or eNLC, plus BLS certification. This position emphasizes teamwork, accurate charting, and adherence to safety goals in a busy clinical setting.

Formación

• RN or LPN licensure in good standing with the state or eNLC equivalent.
• Current BLS certification issued by ARC or AHA within 30 days of hire.

• Contributes to the assessment/reassessment of patients.
• Participates in development, implementation and evaluation of patient care interventions.
• Monitors abnormal lab values and deviations from baseline assessments.
• Reports changes in patient status to the physician and initiates orders as directed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

• RN (Registered Nurse) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state OR LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• (LPN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire

The Clinic Nurse assumes responsibility for the delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process, under the supervision of a physician. This position requires population specific competencies. The Clinic Nurse responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Monitors for signs and systems related to abnormal lab values, and deviation from baseline assessments
• Reports changes in patient status to the physician and initiate any new orders from the physician as directed
