Job summary

INTEGRIS Health in Del City, OK is seeking a day shift, full-time LPN Clinic Nurse to deliver patient care under physician supervision.

Responsibilities include assessing and reassessing patients, implementing care plans, monitoring lab values, documenting in the medical record, and maintaining patient confidentiality.

Licensure as an Oklahoma RN or LPN (or multi-state eNLC) is required, with current BLS certification; English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an RN or LPN in Oklahoma, or multi-state eNLC license
• BLS certification issued by Red Cross or AHA within 30 days of hire
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)

Responsibilities

• Contributes to patient assessment/reassessment and participates in plan of care.
• Implements, monitors, and evaluates appropriate patient care interventions.
• Monitors for abnormal lab values and status changes, reporting to physician and initiating new orders as directed.
• Ensures patient confidentiality and promotes patient satisfaction.
