Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Medical Group in Enid, OK is seeking a day, full-time LPN Clinic Float Pool nurse to join our patient‑centered care team. The role supports flexible clinic coverage, ensuring continuity of care across locations while maintaining high standards of nursing practice.

The successful candidate will hold OK licensure as RN or LPN (or eNLC), have BLS certification, and demonstrate strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Must hold Oklahoma RN or LPN licensure (or multi-state eNLC license).
• BLS certification from ARC or AHA within 30 days of hire.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).
• Driving license with acceptable driving record for INTEGRIS-owned or personal vehicle use.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the assessment/reassessment of patients.
• Participates in development, implementation and evaluation of care interventions.
• Monitors for abnormal lab values and deviations from baseline.
• Reports changes in patient status to the physician and initiates orders as directed.
• Promotes patient confidentiality and patient satisfaction.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

• RN (Registered Nurse) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state OR LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire

Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).)

The LPN Clinic Nurse assumes responsibility for the delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process, under the supervision of a physician. This position requires population specific competencies. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires.

The Clinic Nurse responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Contributes to the assessment/reassessment of patients
• Participates in the development, implementation and evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Monitors for signs and systems related to abnormal lab values, and deviation from baseline assessments
• Reports changes in patient status to the physician and initiate any new orders from the physician as directed
• Promotes patient satisfaction and ensures patient confidentiality at all times.
• Reports to the department director, business office manager, or clinical manager/weekend supervisor.
