Job summary

Innovative Healing Systems Inc is seeking a detail-oriented LPN/EMT/Paramedic to join our medical team in a dual-role position focused on wound care and training to become a Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT).

You will support clinic operations, assist with hyperbaric therapy, and maintain documentation with a clear pathway to CHt certification. Daytime hours and comprehensive development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Current LPN, EMT or Paramedic certification (required for CHT eligibility)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort working in both clinical and administrative settings
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain meticulous documentation
• Interest in long-term growth within hyperbaric medicine and wound care

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily clinic operations and patient flow
• Assist with patient preparation for hyperbaric oxygen therapy
• Monitor patients during treatment under supervision
• Maintain treatment logs, safety checklists, and equipment readiness
• Participate in all required training to become a Certified Hyperbaric Technologist
