Job summary

Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol, PA, part of Prime Healthcare, seeks an LVN/LPN for our Emergency Department. You will perform direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision, ensuring safety and comfort while contributing to a positive patient experience.

The role is Full Time with Day shifts. A valid state LVN/LPN license and BLS are required; IV certification on hire is needed and ACLS/PALS are preferred or within 120 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state license.
• Current BLS certificate.
• IV certification upon hire.
• ACLS certificate preferred or within 120 days of hire.
• PALS certificate preferred or within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

The LVN/LPN provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring clinical competence within the scope of practice in accordance with state requirements. In collaboration with the healthcare team, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LVN/LPN works to maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care and improve the overall patient experience in the emergency care setting.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state license.


• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.


• IV certification upon hire (state specific).


• Current ACLS certificate preferred or within 120 days of hire.


• Current PALS certificate preferred or within 120 days of hire.
