Job summary

Lower Bucks Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking an LVN/LPN to join the emergency department team. You will provide direct and indirect patient care under supervision, focusing on safety and patient comfort in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a valid state nursing license, BLS at hire, and IV certification with ACLS/PALS preferred or within 120 days. Full-time shifts in the day rotation are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The LVN/LPN provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring clinical competence within the scope of practice in accordance with state requirements. In collaboration with the healthcare team, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LVN/LPN works to maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care and improve the overall patient experience in the emergency care setting.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state license.


• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.


• IV certification upon hire (state specific).


• Current ACLS certificate preferred or within 120 days of hire.


• Current PALS certificate preferred or within 120 days of hire.
