Home Health Services of Virginia in Henrico County, VA, is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our home health team. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 4pm to 10pm with no holiday shifts, providing you with a balanced work-life routine.

You will deliver skilled nursing care per physician orders, monitor patient health, administer medications, maintain accurate records, and educate patients and families while collaborating with the healthcare team.

Formación

• Valid LPN license in Virginia.
• Experience in home health care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time during home visits.
• Reliable transportation to travel within Henrico County, VA.

Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 4pm to 10pm with no holiday shifts, providing you with a consistent and balanced work-life routine. The LPN will provide quality nursing care to our patients inHenrico County, VA, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a home health setting.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care effectively.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in the state of Virginia.
• Previous experience in home health care or related nursing field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during home visits.
• Reliable transportation to travel within Henrico County, VA.

Benefits
