Job summary

Comprehensive Treatment Centers in Duncansville, PA, is seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN to join our outpatient MAT OTP team. The dispensing nurse will provide compassionate care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and educate patients and families in a fast-paced clinic.

You will work under the Nursing Supervisor and Medical Director, maintain accurate MARs, ensure medication safety and inventory, and participate in urine/blood testing processes.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
• Prefer 1 year of nursing experience in behavioral health or outpatient programs.
• Experience with MAT settings is a plus.
• Ability to operate medical equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication dispensing and administration in OTP setting.
• Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and educate patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient records promptly and accurately.
• Ensure safe inventory and security of medication per DEA and state regulations.
• Work under supervision of Nursing Supervisor and Clinic Director; allocate time for MARs and patient care.
