Job summary

Comprehensive Treatment Centers in Clearfield, PA, is seeking a part-time LPN dispensing nurse for our outpatient MAT OTP. The role involves compassionate nursing care, preparing and dispensing medications, and collaborating with the clinical team to support recovery from opioid use disorder.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, accurate documentation, and maintaining secure medication inventory, with emphasis on mornings and a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
• Current LPN/LVN license in Pennsylvania and CPR certification where required.
• Experience in behavioral health or outpatient treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision of the Nursing Supervisor, Medical Director, and Clinic Director.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered, accurately and timely.
• Document medication administration and nursing care in patient records promptly.
• Maintain inventory of medication stock and records per DEA and regulatory rules.
• Dedicate about 90% of time to medication administration; other duties as assigned.
• Conduct urine and/or blood tests, intake assessments, and monitor patient outcomes.

Education

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN)

Current LPN/LVN license in Pennsylvania

Current CPR certification where required by state regulation
