Qualifications

• Clear oral and written communication skills.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Current SC Board of Nursing License.

Responsibilities

• Provide health maintenance and supervise medication administration.
• Coordinate with Director of Nursing, physicians, individuals and families.
• Document medications and monitor progress and reactions; schedule lab work and wellness checks.
