The ideal candidate has SC licensure, CPR and first aid knowledge, and is ready to direct nursing assistants and coordinate care across shifts. This is a full‑time, day shift position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current South Carolina license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• CPR certification within six months of hire.
• Basic first aid knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
• Ensure adherence to Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
• Assist in discharge planning and coordination of care.
• Notify physician for changes in resident status.
• Participate in surveys and QA programs.
