Village Caregiving, LLC in Sheridan, WY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse who will serve as Director of Operations for the new office. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, train new team members, ensure regulatory compliance, and conduct regular home visits with care planning.

The role blends clinical expertise with leadership, including scheduling, caregiver supervision, and a focus on exceptional client service within our home health network.

We are excited to extend an invitation to an enthusiastic and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN/Director of Operations (DO) to play a pivotal role in the growth and management of our new Sheridan, WY office! The selected candidate (LPN) will be instrumental in overseeing day-to-day operations, training new team members, and ensuring compliance within our network of home health aides and clients in the area. The candidate will also conduct home visits on a regular basis and create detailed care plans. As an essential part of our dynamic team, the ideal candidate will be an LPN who aspires to embrace a leadership position, thrive within a collaborative environment, and contribute to our shared successes.

LPN Responsibilities Include:

LPN Administrative Tasks:

• Managing administrative tasks that contribute to our operational efficiency.
• Employ caregiver and client compliance best practices.
• Provide supervisory care plans to clients and caregivers.
• Train Caregivers on a needs basis.
• Communicate effectively with staff.
