Village Caregiving, LLC seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as Director of Operations for our Cody, Wyoming office. The role combines clinical leadership with hands-on management of home health aides and clients, including visits and care-plan creation.

The ideal candidate will hold an LPN license, excel at training teams, ensuring compliance, and coordinating caregiver schedules while delivering outstanding patient service in a growing home-care network.

LPN Administrative Tasks:

• Managing administrative tasks that contribute to our operational efficiency.
• Employ caregiver and client compliance best practices.
• Provide supervisory care plans to clients and caregivers.
• Train Caregivers on a needs basis.
• Communicate effectively with staff.
