The role includes regular home visits and creating detailed care plans for clients.

The ideal candidate is an LPN with leadership ambitions who thrives in a collaborative setting and aims to advance into a managerial position within a growing caregiving team.

The selected candidate (LPN) will be instrumental in overseeing day-to-day operations, training new team members, and ensuring compliance within our network of home health aides and clients in the area. The candidate will also conduct home visits on a regular basis and create detailed care plans.
