Village Caregiving, LLC in Casper, Wyoming is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse with leadership aspirations to join our growing team as LPN/Director of Operations. You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance across our home care network, while conducting regular home visits and developing detailed care plans.

This full-time role includes training new team members, coordinating caregiver/client schedules, and engaging with the community to strengthen outreach.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Experience leading home health or caregiving teams.
• Ability to train staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to conduct regular home visits.
• Strong scheduling and care planning skills.

We are excited to extend an invitation to an enthusiastic and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN/Director of Operations (DO) to play a pivotal role in the growth and management of our new Casper, WY office! The selected candidate (LPN) will be instrumental in overseeing day-to-day operations, training new team members, and ensuring compliance within our network of home health aides and clients in the area. The candidate will also conduct home visits on a regular basis and create detailed care plans. As an essential part of our dynamic team, the ideal candidate will be an LPN who aspires to embrace a leadership position, thrive within a collaborative environment, and contribute to our shared successes.

• Communicate effectively with staff.
