Job summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Trilogy Health Services provides direct, quality clinical care and supervises nursing assistants on the assigned unit in Novi, MI. You will work under the direction of the charge nurse and physicians to support residents and maintain care standards.

Responsibilities include daily resident assessments, rapid response in emergencies, medication monitoring, and completing required documentation. A valid LPN license and CPR certification are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state LPN license.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents on assigned unit daily to observe status and notify charge nurse or physician if changes occur.
• Identify problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures if physician unavailable.
• Provide holistic care within LPN scope.
• Monitor medications and supplies to ensure adequate stock for residents.
• Complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting as needed.
• Report occupational exposures per facility policy.
