Qualifications

• Must hold a valid, current LPN license in the state of Indiana.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to supervise nursing assistants and coordinate resident care.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents on assigned unit daily to assess and report changes to the charge nurse or physician.
• Identify emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures when physician is unavailable.
• Provide holistic nursing care within LPN scope.
• Assist in monitoring medications, supplies, and equipment inventory.
• Perform administrative duties such as charting and form completion.
• Report occupational exposures per facility policies.
