Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in an LPN role.
• LPN license required.
• Proficiency with phlebotomy and lab specimen collection.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greets and rooms all patients.
• Performs vital signs and specimen collection.
• Schedules specialty appointments, x-rays, and procedures.
• Administers medications as directed.
• Provides case management and referrals.
• Obtains medical records and EMR entry per protocols.
• Responds to referrals per established protocols.
• Participates in daily clinical care meetings.
• Orders and restocks exam rooms.
• Keeps exam rooms clean and ready for visits.
• Organizes outside records into EMR.
• Conducts routine quality control checks.
• Performs waived lab testing.
• Other duties as assigned.
