KerixHealth is seeking an experienced LPN to provide clinical care and patient support across Chicagoland practices. The role involves phlebotomy, patient assessment, and medication administration under physician supervision.
Ideal candidates will have at least four years as an LPN, strong communication skills, and comfort with Google Docs, EMR systems, and Apple computers. This is a full-time on-site position with a patient-focused, team-oriented environment.

Our LPNs will provide a wide variety of clinical care and customer service functions to patients under the direct supervision of the physician(s) in the practice for clinical matters and under the direct supervision of the Director of Patient Success for administrative matters. Clinical services will include but are not limited to assisting with assessing a patient’s health condition by performing routine therapeutic or diagnostic testing during appointments and/or administering medications.
