Job summary

KerixHealth is seeking an experienced LPN to provide clinical care and patient support across Chicagoland practices. The role involves phlebotomy, patient assessment, and medication administration under physician supervision.

Ideal candidates will have at least four years as an LPN, strong communication skills, and comfort with Google Docs, EMR systems, and Apple computers. This is a full-time on-site position with a patient-focused, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• LPN with phlebotomy proficiency and at least 4 years of experience.
• Proficient with EMR and electronic charting.
• Strong written and verbal communication and tech aptitude.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients.
• Perform vital signs and specimen collection for lab tests.
• Administer medications via oral, intradermal, subcutaneous, and intramuscular routes.
• Obtain medical records and scan into EMR.
• Order and restock exam rooms with supplies.
• Participate in daily clinical care meetings with the Director of Patient Success.
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, safe, and ready for visits.
• Respond to referrals per protocol.
