TLC Nursing Center in Oneonta, AL is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents under supervision. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and support daily living activities within a compassionate team.

Responsabilités

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring residents for adverse reactions, and educating on medication management and side effects.
• Assisting with resident assessments, including collecting vital signs, monitoring symptoms, and documenting changes in condition.
• Providing direct nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Collaborating with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
