Qualifications

• Valid and current Nursing License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including diabetic foot care and wound management following established protocols.
• Perform venipuncture and other clinical procedures safely and accurately to assist in diagnostic testing and treatment.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care in clear and understandable English.
• Monitor patient vital signs, pain levels, and overall condition, reporting any changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
