Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved nursing education program.
• Active LPN license through the SD or WY Board of Nursing.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare examination and treatment rooms per clinic standards.
• Take vital signs and complete patient rooming.
• Administer and document medications per policies.
• Perform nursing procedures within the LPN scope.
• Document patient assessments and interventions with the RN/provider.
• Provide patient education and discharge instructions.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of clinical staff.
