Description

We are immediately hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in full-time, part-time, and per diem roles.

Shift options include: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am

New nurse graduates and experienced LPNs are welcome! We provide comprehensive training, orientation, and support. Join a supportive work environment led by an engaged management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs with ADL and routine care
• Conduct resident/patient treatments
• Administer medications per physician orders and Plan of Care
• Submit pharmacy orders
• Accurately document all information
• Administer injections as prescribed
• Monitor resident health and communicate conditions to RNs, Supervisors, and Physicians
• Take vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight
• Perform basic care such as wound cleaning and bandaging
• Manage IVs and start IV drips
• Monitor fluid and food intake/output
• Report resident accidents, incidents, and skin breakdowns
• Assist in the admissions process as directed
