Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care to patients during day shifts.

• Contribute to productivity targets for patient flow.
• Identify and escalation clinical concerns promptly to ensure timely intervention.
• Engage in continuous learning to advance clinical skills and professional growth.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and aftercare.
• Participate in on-site team meetings and share progress toward goals.
• Safely manage equipment and inventory, including ordering supplies as needed.
