00 RHA Health Services, LLC in Rome, GA is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (IDD LPN) for day shifts in a group home setting. This full-time onsite role pays $32 per hour and features a rotating weekends schedule with 7am to 7pm shifts.

You will provide holistic nursing care, support health data collection, coordinate routine medical care, document care, and train unlicensed staff while ensuring compliance with state regulations. Max caseload is 4 clients, and pre-employment screening applies.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited licensed nurse program.
• Current LPN license with no restrictions to practice nursing.
• Current CPR Certification or eligibility to certify for CPR.
• Must communicate effectively with Interdisciplinary Team Members and families.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with IDD.
• Observe, collect health data, and report needs to the RN.
• Coordinate preventive and routine medical care for people supported.
• Document nursing care provided.
• Assist physicians with on-site clinics as applicable.
• Provide health-related trainings to unlicensed personnel.
