Job summary

RHA Health Services in Warner Robins, GA is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Night shift to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs in an on-site group home setting.

Schedule is 7pm–7am, full-time, with compensation starting at $32/hour plus experience. You will provide holistic nursing care, coordinate medical visits, document care, and train unlicensed staff in accordance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited licensed nurse program.
• Current LPN license with no restrictions.
• Current CPR certification or eligible to certify.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Observe, assist with gathering health related data, and report to the RN.
• Coordinate preventative and routine medical care for people supported.
• Document nursing care provided.
• Assist physicians with on-site medical clinics where applicable.
• Provide health related trainings to unlicensed personnel per state regulations.
• Conduct medication pass observations per state regulations.
• Conduct medication closest assessments.
• Perform quality assurance checks on health related tasks by unlicensed personnel.
