Job summary

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions for the Day shift. You will provide patient care under RN supervision, administer medications, and support a compassionate, patient-centered nursing team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one year clinic experience preferred.
• Current LPN license in the state of employment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assesses patients’ physical, psychological, and social dimensions and contributes to treatment planning.
• Administers medications and performs diagnostic tests per protocols.
• Assists with procedures and documents nursing encounters using SOAP charting.
• Collaborates in safety procedures and responds to codes or emergencies as needed.
• Attends mandatory meetings and participates in ongoing training.
