Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Days shift at our facility. The role provides direct patient care under RN supervision, including medication administration and patient education in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Current licensure as Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of employment and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social dimensions.
• Administer medications including IV therapy (if certified) and perform diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate in controlled substance counts and respond to codes or health emergencies.
• Assist in medical procedures and document nursing encounters using SOAP charting.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training for high-quality patient care.
